Hi, I'm Megan
As a passionate educator with more than twenty years of hands-on experience in transformational leadership, I created State of the School to help you tap into your true potential—whether you’re a teacher, an administrator, or a staff member. I know all about the highs that come with hitting your state testing goals for the year and motivating your staff to work together like a well-oiled machine, to the lows of enrollment decreases and irate parents and all the crazy in between. I’ve been there, done that, and have the receipts to prove it!
For the past ten years, I’ve strictly focused on the leadership roles within my district where I’ve developed State of the School and implemented it with great success. This includes advocating for the creation of safe and inspiring learning environments, where students can explore and grow academically, while also achieving district-wide goals, as well as encouraging teachers, staff members, and administrators to find their unique strengths and talents, and help them turn those into a successful future.
With me as your coach, you will discover answers, find solutions, and create outcomes you only dreamed possible. My coaching style is supportive, encouraging, and empowering.
